Financial Harmony was founded by Sacha Dsane who has worked in the financial services industry since 2002 and holds several financial qualifications. Her professional background includes providing mortgage advice, investigating investment complaints and developing complaint procedures for top UK banks.

Sacha is fortunate enough to combine her passion for self development and seeing people win with her natural coaching ability and expertise in finance. She believes learning from people with passion and wisdom creates an atmosphere that enhances enthusiasm and understanding.

Five things she values are integrity, a sense of freedom, honesty, being happy and good quality and reflects these in the courses.

She’s on a mission to help as many people as possible experience the relief from sorting out their finances!

This is a perfect fit for me, I'm a consumer champion so seeing people take back their power really resonates with me and having a good time while doing it is just the cherry on top! It's all about getting the right balance...education and empowerment to enable people to take positive action. Having this balance brings Financial Harmony...and the company was born!!

A self declared hard working hustler she recalls suffering from imposter syndrome when told to take elocution lessons to work at a high-end financial-advisers – she says “I worked alongside some of the highest qualified people in finance when advising celebrities and millionaires. I learned A LOT. I’ve taken complicated financial information and reduced it to a simplistic format which is shared in a creative way and with people usually unlikely to get that level of service AND for a fraction of the price.”

It’s understandable money troubles make people feel stuck to do anything.  We want people to see upskilling in this area can be easier than some may think. Making money and being able to manage your money are two different things and we share how to improve both. Think of this as money therapy!

Sacha added “Money has such a huge impact on so many areas of our lives.  It goes far beyond what we can and can’t buy. It can limit our choices, impact mental health and disrupt the course of our lives. Improving well-being AND lifestyles make these courses and workshops a must!”

No matter the amount, everyone can benefit from knowing how to manage what they have.

These courses are designed not only to educate people in financial matters but to also get them thinking about changing their relationship with money for the better.

I encourage everyone who wants to smile when talking about their finances to sign up to one of our courses.

Thank you so much for such an insightful and amazing session. Throughout the weeks, I have learnt so much not to mention being financially confident. As a result of attending your sessions, I became motivated and applied for a grant to start a community project for my local residents. I am also confident that you don't have to have A in GCSE Maths to make financial decisions. You are also an excellent coach and I admire you.
